In your role, you will primarily work with repairing and replacing car windows. The role has a strong customer focus and is partially administrative. You will receive customers in the reception, assist them with various questions regarding auto glass and cars, and sell the accessories we offer to our customers. You are Ryds Bilglas's ambassador outward and should always prioritize the customer's best interests.

You need to enjoy varied days where we work in teams to solve the challenges we take on. Helping each other at work and supporting colleagues when needed is a given. Together, we test new ideas to find the most effective and best solutions in our work.

You will become part of our apprenticeship program and receive education, guidance, and support on your journey to becoming a qualified auto glass technician. Requirements

• Driver's license B (manual transmission)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
